Refunds for Physical Products
For returns or exchanges related to physical plushies, please reach out to us at honeybumcrafts@hotmail.com. While not guaranteed, we will assess each request on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility for Refunds
Timeframe: Refunds are accepted for physical products within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Condition of Product: The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, have been used, or are missing parts will not be eligible for a refund.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt, or email confirmation) to process your refund.
Non-Refundable Items
Items on Sale: Products purchased on sale, clearance, or with a discount code are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged.
Custom or Personalized Products: Any custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
No Refunds for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products once the purchase is complete.
Exceptions for Digital Products
If you have trouble downloading or accessing a digital product, please contact us at honeybumcrafts@hotmail.com within 2 days of purchase. We’ll assist by providing a new download link or resolving any access issues.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, we will gladly offer a refund. To initiate the return process for a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged or defective product by emailing honeybumcrafts@hotmail.com with details of the issue.
Provide Evidence: Please include clear photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number, in your email.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of orders is not possible once they have been processed and confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Exchanges
